Hope. Movement. Future.

We gather knowledge about therapy, habilitation and research — and support families of children with neurological disabilities, all the way.

Our mission

Every child has the right to knowledge-based care and the best possible conditions to develop.

Hopp i Rörelse works for children and young people with cerebral palsy and other neurological disabilities. We share knowledge about rehabilitation, habilitation and brain plasticity, and make it easier for families to navigate therapies, interventions and current research.

Knowledge

We follow, compile and share evidence-based knowledge about methods and outcomes in Swedish and international care.

Community

We bring together families in similar situations so experiences, contacts and practical advice can be passed on.

Interventions

We work to make intensive courses, training and therapies available to more children — based on each child's own conditions.

Two ways in, the same commitment.

For families

You don't have to do this alone.

We know what it is like to be left with questions nobody has time to answer. Here you will find other parents who have walked the same road, and collected information about what support actually exists.

  • Contact with other families in similar situations
  • Collected information about therapies and interventions
  • As a member: access to intensive courses, training and therapies

For researchers and organisations

We share knowledge gladly — and welcome yours.

We collaborate with clinics, researchers and organisations working in paediatric rehabilitation. If you want to share results, find participants or discuss cooperation, please get in touch.

  • Knowledge exchange and dissemination of research results
  • A point of contact with families and care providers
  • Cooperation on education and lectures
