What data we process
Contact form: name, email address, subject and the message you write.
Membership application: name, email address, phone number where provided, application date, application status and whether the membership fee has been paid.
Member area: email address and sign-in credentials.
Why we process the data
To be able to reply to messages you send us.
To handle membership applications and administer membership, including notices of the annual meeting.
To give members access to the member area.
The legal basis is your consent, together with our legitimate interest in running the association and fulfilling the membership agreement.
How long we keep the data
Messages sent through the contact form are kept for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then deleted.
Member data is kept for the duration of the membership and thereafter for as long as accounting and association law requires.
Rejected applications are deleted once the decision has been communicated.
Who can access the data
The board and those in the association who need the data for their duties.
Our service providers, who process data on our behalf: [TODO] database and email providers, and web hosting.
We never sell your data.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to have incorrect data corrected and to have your data deleted.
You have the right to object to or request restriction of processing, and the right to data portability.
